My story
The same pattern shows up in everything I do.
When I was a new entrepreneur, I was oversold before I understood what I actually needed. That experience taught me how easy it is to buy a solution before anyone has taken the time to understand the problem.
My role is to help bring clarity to the vision, create a plan, and determine the next steps needed to move forward. Once that's clear, the path forward becomes practical instead of overwhelming.
I built The Solution Midwife™ around that work so I wouldn't do to clients what was done to me: push a solution before understanding the need. I start by listening, then help visionaries move from uncertainty to action.
